Our purpose

No one should manage diabetes alone

We help people living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes gain the knowledge, confidence and practical support they need for everyday life.

Our vision is a region where diabetes is detected earlier, complications are prevented, and every patient feels heard. We connect lived experience with trusted healthcare guidance in an open, welcoming setting.
